1 Tool
A "cases" page — one card per win, built from a fixed framework instead of a free-form list of skills.
2 Problem
A portfolio that lists tools ("I know Claude Code and n8n") proves nothing. It doesn't show whether any of it actually changed an outcome.
3 Build
Constraint → KPI → Build. For each win: name the thinking constraint that was blocking progress, the KPI before and after, and the system that moved it. Every number on the page links to the episode or artifact that proves it — no number stands alone.
